You can ask PicHunt to delete personal information associated with your use of our website or connected Facebook and Instagram services.

1. Submit a deletion request
Send a direct message to the official PicHunt Facebook Page or Instagram account linked on our home page. Begin your message with Data Deletion Request. You may use any other official PicHunt contact channel shown there if Facebook or Instagram is unavailable.
2. Information to include
Tell us which service you used and provide the minimum information needed to locate your record, such as your Facebook or Instagram username and the approximate date of the interaction. Never send us your password, access token or payment information.
3. Identity verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm control of the relevant account or provide limited additional details. We will use verification information only to process the request.
4. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify it where necessary, delete or anonymise applicable personal data in PicHunt-controlled systems, and confirm completion. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days, unless the law permits or requires a longer period.
5. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove PicHunt's access from the apps-and-websites or business-integration settings in your Meta account. Disconnecting prevents future access, but it may not automatically delete information already stored by PicHunt; submit the request above if you also want that information deleted.
6. What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or proof that a deletion request was completed. Any retained information is restricted to the applicable purpose and deleted when it is no longer required.
7. Third-party platform data
This process deletes data controlled by PicHunt. It does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or other third-party account, nor content retained independently by those platforms. Use the privacy and account controls provided by the relevant platform for those records. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
