2. The PicHunt service

PicHunt provides picture puzzles, riddles, brain teasers, answer reveals and links to PicHunt's official social-media channels. The public website does not currently offer visitor accounts, purchases or user uploads.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse the website and enjoy or share links to PicHunt content for lawful, personal use. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass security, disrupt the website or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Use automated requests in a way that overloads, damages or interferes with the service.
• Misrepresent yourself as PicHunt or use the website for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
• Remove ownership notices or reproduce substantial PicHunt content as your own.

4. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, PicHunt owns or is authorised to use the website design, branding, puzzle graphics, videos and written content. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Social sharing and links are welcome, but commercial reuse, republication or modification requires prior permission.

5. Social platforms and external links

The website links to services such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Telegram and other third-party platforms. Those services are independent of PicHunt and operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PicHunt is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or data practices.

6. Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend or remove website content or features at any time. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continued availability of any puzzle or continued access to any external platform.

7. Disclaimer

PicHunt is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will always be error-free, secure, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PicHunt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of—or inability to use—the website, reliance on its content, or use of a linked third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
